The scope of my project is to research a methodology to take online learning to the most vulnerable people “the humanitarian population” and to make them see beyond the refugee camp as One being a refugee is beyond their control, someone who had fled the country due to persecution, war or violence due to the reason of race, religion, nationality, political opinion or being a member in a particular social group. They either stay in camps or trying to resettle into another country. As according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, “Everyone has the rights to education…. Article 26 (1)”,

Who is the target audience for your project? The website is targeted for educators, learners, decision makers, and researchers.
What is the main topic or technology you want to focus on your project relevant to the new technologies of instruction? The use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology and MOOCs open online courses for education
How do you see your project used by your target audience (e.g., teachers, students, parents)? I hope to make the website informative for easier connections to new technology innovations and a website of resources for the learners.
What’s your plan to sustain your effort? I hope to update and maintain the website by constant information updates and make new connections to technology websites that provide new technology for learning.
Why is this topic / your project important? Why are you interested in this topic? Have served some of the refugee population in my previous job and feel online learning should play an active role in enduring the right to education (Lin, n.d.). By new technology, the camp population will be able to learn outside the refugee camps.
What technologies do you plan to incorporate into your project to present your arguments? (You are expected to incorporate multimedia in your project) I plan to incorporate presentations, videos, graphics and incorporate links to the educating sites (ClassVR, Coursera, Edx, MOOCs) for connecting the audience.
