The primary education system is the University of North Texas System (UNT system), which focuses on the Dallas-Fort Worth region. UNT System empowers students, campuses, and communities to engage in a bright vision for the future. I am pursuing my doctoral studies in Learning Technologies at the UNT Denton, North Texas. Within the College of Information and in the Learning Technology Department. That is part of the UNT system.
I work in UNTHSC, which is one of the campuses that are under the UNT system in Fort Worth as an instructional Tech Specialist within the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in the Department of Medical Education and system Science, Facilitating the curriculum development, Canvas LMS development, and instructional design work, which is also coming under the UNT System. The UNT system is headed by the Board of Regents which strives to ensure UNT system efficiency and effectiveness.
Systemic thinking in the UNT system is not only about the parts but what happens between the parts and how each system influences one another within the world of systems. The approach to problem-solving is viewed not as individual parts but as parts of an overall system. Exploring the context within the connections with others and trying to tackle problems if any facing the world today, learning and depending on one another within the UNT System institution.
